100 Day Return Guarantee

We want you to carry NemTag with total confidence. That is why every order is covered by a 100 day return guarantee, one of the longest in the industry. If NemTag is not for you, return it within 100 days of delivery for a full refund. Fewer than 1 in 100 customers ever ask.

How to start a return

Send an email to hello@nemtag.com with your order number and the reason for the return. A real person will reply within one business day with simple instructions. No forms, no phone trees.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and, when possible, in its original packaging. A proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email) is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days for the amount to appear on your statement.

Damaged or defective items

If your NemTag arrives damaged or stops working, contact us at hello@nemtag.com right away. We will send a replacement at no cost. Every card is also covered by our lifetime warranty: if it ever fails under normal use, we replace it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
