Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday. As soon as your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 6 to 12 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Busy seasons can add a day or two; your tracking link always shows the latest status.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders over $50. For smaller orders, the exact cost is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking, no exceptions. If your tracking has not updated for several days, write to hello@nemtag.com and we will chase the carrier for you.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. Depending on your country, customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times outside the United States can vary by destination.

Wrong address

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, email hello@nemtag.com as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before the order is dispatched.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us. We will locate it, and if a package is confirmed lost in transit, we send a replacement at no cost.
