This website is operated by NemTag. Throughout the site, the terms we, us and our refer to NemTag. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Products and orders
NemTag products are sold for personal use in tracking your own belongings. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or bots. Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through the payment providers available at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours and delivered in 6 to 12 business days with tracking. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays can happen and we will always help you locate your order.
Returns and warranty
Every order is covered by our 100 day return guarantee and a lifetime warranty against defects under normal use. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Intended use
NemTag is designed to locate your own items, such as wallets, bags and luggage. It must not be used to track people, animals or property that does not belong to you. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live.
Apple Find My
NemTag works with the Apple Find My network and requires an iPhone or iPad. Apple and Find My are trademarks of Apple Inc. NemTag is an independent brand and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.
Limitation of liability
NemTag helps you locate your belongings but cannot guarantee recovery of lost or stolen items. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NemTag is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
